NEIGHBORHOODS OF WARD 7: Teele Square is Ward 7's primary business area, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and private businesses. While the Somerville half of Tufts University lies mainly in Ward 6, many Tufts students reside in Ward 7. Clarendon Hill hosts a major public housing development and a small MBTA lot that serves as terminus for three bus lines. Residents living near the state-owned Dilboy Field are close to one of the largest sports facilities in the city, as well as the large stretch of State parkland along the Alewife Brook and Mystic Valley Parkways. Finally, while Davis Square is in Ward 6, it is a significant enough business district and transit hub that many residents in the southern part of Ward 7 would likely say that they live in the Davis Square area.
